The ZX3 / ZX5-DL is a highly versatile mid-range ultrasonic thickness gauge that meets a wide range of thickness measurement needs. With a measurement range of 0.63 to 1,000 mm, it features automatic zero adjustment, single and dual point calibration, five levels of sensitivity adjustment, and excellent basic performance, along with a variety of functions. In scan mode, it performs high-speed scanning at 100 times per second (normally 10 times per second) and displays the minimum thickness when the transducer is lifted. In addition to these features, the ZX5-DL includes an alarm, differential thickness measurement, sound velocity measurement mode, USB power supply, and a data logger (capable of storing 10,000 measurement values).
